Police: Man threw cell phone in pool to prevent call for help
A homeless man is accused of throwing a cell phone in a pool during a domestic incident in Wilton.
Aaron B. Mondore, 48, allegedly took the phone away from the person to prevent them from calling to seek help from police, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.

Aaron B. Mondore, 48, allegedly took the phone away from the person to prevent them from calling to seek help from police, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Mondore was charged with two counts of criminal mischief.
He was released on an appearance ticket and due in Wilton Town Court at a later date.
