Police: New Scotland man drove ATV into park, damaged basketball court

A New Scotland man is accused of driving an ATV into a park and damaging a basketball court.

Jeremy M. Stark, 35, was captured on surveillance video driving the vehicle in the Feura Bush Town Park and damaging the court, according to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.

He was arrested on Friday, Oct. 11 and charged with criminal mischief. He was released on an appearance ticket and due in New Scotland Town Court on Oct. 24.
