Two men injured in Friday night shooting
Two men were injured on Friday on the 100 block of Central Avenue.
ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Two men in their 20’s were shot Friday night, May 31 on the 100 block of Central Avenue, according to Albany Police.
Police said they received a report of shots fired Friday around 7:20 p.m. in the area of Central and Lexington Avenues. Police at the scene found a 29-year-old, who had been shot in the leg and a 20-year-old, who had been shot in the abdomen.
Both victims were taken to Albany Medical Center and said to be in stable condition. Investigation into the shooting is ongoing but police believe it was an isolated incident.
