Saratoga Springs is thinking about lowering its speed limit to 25 miles per hour.

The plan is to pass legislation over the summer, and implement the new speed limit after the track season, the public safety commissioner said.

Albany, East Greenbush, Hudson, Schenectady, and other communities have already made the change, saying it makes the roads safer.
