Schenectady man gets 3 years for having gun in car

A Schenectady man was sentenced to 3 years in prison for having a gun in his car.

Marquin A. Blake, 31, was arrested on Jan. 21 in the city of Saratoga Springs. Police pulled him over on Hamilton Street and found cocaine and two guns inside his car.

Blake pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court in July to attempted criminal possession of a weapon.
