Soares picks up endorsements from labor groups, elected officials

Albany County District Attorney David Soares picked up several endorsements this week in his bid for a sixth term.

Soares is being challenged by defense attorney Lee Kindlon in the Democratic primary. Soares has earned the backing of Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple and former Gov. David Paterson. He also been endorsed by:
