Robert Boyd admitted to driving away from police with cocaine that he planned to sell, and a gun on him, according to investigators.

He was eventually caught in Hoosick Falls after he crashed his car, investigators said.

He was originally going to receive 5 ½ years behind bars and three years of post-release supervision, but failed to show up for sentencing due to an arrest in Virginia in February.
