$100 million goes towards improving broadband internet access in NY

New York state will be getting $100 million in federal funding to help support broadband internet structure.

The $100 million is from the American Rescue Plan.

This is the largest investment in affordable housing connectivity in the nation.

Local leaders are predicting that this investment will allow them to connect more than 100,000 homes and families to high-speed internet across the state.
