22-year-old arrested in Halfmoon for domestic-related incident
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Allaccia C. Johnson of Wilson, Pennsylvania on Friday for a series of illegal actions in a domestic dispute.
The Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call on Candlelight Court in Halfmoon on July 16 at 7:27 p.m., which the investigation resulted in an arrest warrant.
Authorities say Johnson is accused of striking another person to their facial area and applying pressure to the person’s throat or neck with the intent of obstructing normal breathing.
She is also accused of damaging property of value exceeding $250 by pouring bleach on the walls and carpet of the residence, said the Sheriff’s Office.
All of these actions happened in the presence of a 3-year-old.
Following the incident, Johnson was arrested on Friday for third-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old, and second-degree harassment.
The Sheriff’s Office says Johnson was released on an appearance ticket from Halfmoon Town Court, pending further action.
