Jeffery P. Azzoto, 35, of Malta was arrested by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office following a harassment complaint that reportedly happened on Wednesday on Traver Road in Wilton. Officials were made aware of the complaint the following day.

Additionally, he is accused of possessing assault weapons and large capacity ammunition feeding devices, as well as manufacturing the large capacity ammunition devices, said the Sheriff’s Office.
Police investigated the complaint and led a search warrant execution at a residence on Arrow Wood Place in Malta, which led to Azzoto’s arrest.
Azzoto was charged with the following:
- 22 counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- 4 counts of manufacturing large capacity ammunition feeding devices
- 3 counts of criminal possession of a firearm
- Fourth-degree stalking
Authorities say he was arraigned in Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
