FireWolves hosting superhero-themed night at MVP Arena

News affecting New York and surrounding areas are presented by the news team, along with the latest weather updates, traffic reports and more.

The Albany FireWolves will return to MVP Arena this Saturday, March 15, at 7 p.m. to face the Georgia Swarm for “Marvel Superhero Night.”

The first 3,000 fans will receive a FireWolves-themed Marvel Comic Book, and everyone is encouraged to dress as their favorite Marvel characters.

The team will wear Wolverine-themed jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game.

Ron Marz and Comic Book Artist Bart Sears are also holding a Comic Book Workshop before the game to teach kids how to draw Wolverine and storyboard a comic book page. The Comic Book Workshop is sold out.

Real-life superheroes from the military and first responders will also be honored all game long.

The FireWolves have launched their “Tickets for Heroes” Campaign, which includes 3 ticket packages that can be purchased. The packages will donate tickets to the game tomorrow and specialty prizes to members of the military and first responders.

You can call the FireWolves office for more information and to purchase a package at (518) 362-4900.
