Albany groping suspect remains in jail
The man arrested for allegedly groping at least four women in Albany remains in jail.
Nathan Holmes is a convicted sex offender. He appeared in court on Thursday.
Police responded to multiple reports of Holmes approaching women from behind and touching their behinds on Monday, in the Pine Hills neighborhood, Albany Police said.
Holmes is charged with three counts of forcible touching.
He was arraigned Wednesday and bail was set at $40,000.
He previously served 10 years in a Florida state prison.
His next court appearance is scheduled for April 14.
