Albany hosts rally for democracy

Right here in Albany, people rallied in commemoration of the January 6th attack on the Capital and to call for democracy reform, along with additional voter rights.

Albany voters want elected leaders to mandate a strict court process for those responsible for the Jan. 6th attack on the Capital.
Organizers say the event comes as Trump and extreme Republican politicians continue to spread false claims about the 2020 election results.
They say the never-ending comments made by the former president, undermine the constitution.
Albany voters say the need support not only from the government but other voters as well.
