Man in Albany charged with unlawful surveillance

An Albany man is under arrest, accused of unlawful surveillance.

Bryan Costanzo was arrested by State Police, after they got a report that a person was privately recorded without knowledge or permission.

Costanzo recorded that victim in a compromising position, investigators said.

Costanzo was arrested and processed.

He will have to appear in Albany City Court.
