Albany man arraigned for attempted murder
A 40-year-old Albany man was arraigned Tuesday after allegedly setting someone on fire, attempting to kill them.
Houston Ketter III, also known as JD, was indicted after the November 13th 2022 incident in the area of Bradford and Robin Streets in Albany.
He’s also accused of attempting to seriously injure another person on a separate occasion.
Ketter is charged with two counts of attempted murder and two counts of assault.
He was remanded and is scheduled to appear in court on March 23rd at 9:30 a.m.
