Albany man charged with stealing car

An Albany man was arrested for stealing a car.
Shaun Somers, 44, is accused of stealing the car from State Street in Albany.
The car was left unoccupied on Green Street later on with some personal belongings missing.
Somers was found in the area of South Pearl Street, said police, where he was taken into custody.
The stolen property was recovered, and Somers was arraigned and taken to jail without bail.
