Albany man faces up to 15 years in prison on gun, drug charges
An Albany man is facing up to 15 years in state prison after being convicted on gun and drug charges.
Shamar Robinson, 34, was found guilty in Albany County Court on criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of cannabis after a trial, according to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
Robinson was arrested in March 2024 after police searched an apartment they said was being used as an illegal marijuana shop.
Robinson is scheduled to be sentenced on March 27.
