Albany man gets 15 years in prison for cocaine possession

An Albany man is facing 15 years in prison for having nearly a pound of cocaine.
Justin Bouldin, 48, was sentenced on Thursday in Albany County Court for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Bouldin was arrested in February 2024 after a traffic stop in the city of Albany. The Albany County Sheriff’s Office stopped Bouldin in the area of Sherman Street and Lexington Avenue. He fled in the vehicle through the city of Albany before hitting a parked car and running away, according to the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.
Police found 15 ounces of powder and crack cocaine. He also had a digital scale and packaging materials used for distributing narcotics, according to investigators.
