Albany Police: teen missing for second time in a month
ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Diamond Hoover, 15, has gone missing for a second time in less than a month. Albany Police confirmed that Hoover went missing April 8, from Parsons Child and Family Center in Albany.
At the end of March, Amsterdam Police had said they were looking for Hoover, who had runaway. She was later found by Cohoes Police.
Hoover is 5 ft., 8 in. tall and weighs 140 pounds and may be using the name Aaliyah, according to her family. They believe she may be in the Schenectady area.
