Albany shooting could land man in prison for life

A man could spend the rest of his life behind bars, after admitting to firing a gun in the city of Albany.

Donald Perry was sentenced Tuesday in Albany County Court to 12 years to life in prison.
Back in April, he pleaded guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon.
In June of last year, perry repeatedly fired a gun in the area of Madison Avenue and Grand Street.
No one was hurt.
