Annual butter sculpture to be unveiled Tuesday

There’s a big reveal coming up for the New York State Fair, which opens Wednesday.

We’ll soon see the unveiling of the 55th annual butter sculpture.
800 pounds of butter have arrived at the fairgrounds.
Sculptors started to create the annual sculpture, a process that will take about 11 days to complete.
The sculpture will be unveiled on Tuesday.
The 13-day fair runs from August 23 to Labor Day, September 4.
