The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brandon M. Lynch, 35, of Ballston Spa on Saturday for DWI and traffic infractions following a traffic stop.
Officials say they conducted a traffic stop around 3:56 a.m. on Kinns Road in Clifton Park, for a vehicle failing to maintain its lane and improperly signaling a turn.
Lynch is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, at a time when his blood alcohol content was 0.16%, said the Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say he is also charged with failing to drive his vehicle within a single lane and failing to signal within 100 feet of turning.
Lynch was arrested and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.08% or greater, moving from a lane unsafely, and improper signaling of a turn.
He was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings in Clifton Park Town Court.
