An employee of the Bethlehem School District has been placed on administrative leave.

Superintendent Jody Monroe sent a letter to parents and said the employee allegedly made inappropriate comments to students.

The person works at the middle school, said the district, and is a member of the transportation department.

Families of students who had contact with the employee are being contacted.
