The bill would target airlines that transport ICE detainees with a valid judicial warrant.
Airlines that break that rule would be barred from entering future contracts with New York state, and they would no longer be eligible for jet fuel tax exemptions.
The bill was spurred by the announcement that Avelo Airlines would carry out deportation flights for ICE.
