Bishop Emeritus Howard Hubbard recovering after suffering stroke

Bishop Emeritus Howard Hubbard is recovering from a stroke.
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany says Hubbard, 83, suffered the stroke back on July 19 after a crash.
He underwent a medical evaluation at St. Peter’s Hospital and has since left the hospital.
No other information has been released.
Hubbard served as Bishop from 1977 to 2014.
