The Madison Theatre announced its last public showing for Feb. 25, leaving local business owners concerned.

Motor Oil Coffee, a small business on Madison Avenue, spoke with NewsChannel 13 about the closing’s effect on the Pine Hills Community.

Owners Joe Bonilla and Jermaine Carter say despite the theatre’s closings, they’re staying committed to the Pine Hill neighborhood.

This comes on the heels of the closure of Spectrum 8 Theatre.
