CDC: Jif salmonella outbreak is over
The CDC says a salmonella outbreak believed to be caused by Jif peanut butter earlier this year is now over.
A total of 21 people from 17 states reported getting sick from February through May.
Investigations traced the illness back to the Jif peanut butter.
Four people were hospitalized. Luckily, no one died.
