CDTA launches on-demand service at Rensselaer train station
A new on-demand service for bus travelers from CDTA has started at the Joseph Bruno Rail Station in Rensselaer.
The new transportation program, called Flex+, will take riders from the train station to downtown Albany.
Customers will be able to prebook trips based on their train’s arrival and departure times by using The Routing Company’s
“Ride Pingo” app. Payment is done with CDTA’s navigator app or with cash.
Each ride costs $3.
The service will run Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
If you need more information, call CDTA’s Customer Service Center at (518) 482-8822.
