Coeymans man, 77, accused of striking neighbor with sharp farm tool

A 77-year-old Coeymans man is accused of hitting his neighbor with a bladed farm tool.

Coeymans Police said Lloyd Young was arguing with the neighbor. He then allegedly picked up a farm implement with a pointed blade and struck the victim several times. The victim was injured and treated at the hospital.

Young was charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
