Colonie man accused of trying to sexually exploit minor

A Colonie man is under arrest, accused of trying sexually exploit a minor.
Blair Paczkowski, 47, traveled to a set spot in Colonie to meet with what he believed to be a 14-year-old.
He was instead arrested and processed in Latham.
He was sent to Albany County Jail in lieu of bail
