Comptroller investigating Hoosick Falls Police officer-in-charge

NewsChannel 13 has learned that the New York State Comptroller’s Office is investigating Hoosick Falls Police Officer-in-Charge John Hudson, who has been placed on leave.

Mayor Dan Schutting posted on Facebook Saturday afternoon confirming the leave. He said he could not comment beyond that.

The Comptroller’s Office confirmed that there is an investigation, but they would not provide further details.
