Connecticut man accused of driving while intoxicated in Lake George
State Police arrested a Connecticut man for allegedly driving while intoxicated in Lake George.
Andrew W. Tustian, 36, of Stratford, was stopped by police on Route 9 at about 6:37 p.m. for traffic violations.
Police also discovered that he had multiple controlled substances in his vehicle including LSD, according to a news release.
Tustian was charged on Aug. 31 with aggravated driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Tustian was transported to the state police station in Queensbury, where he recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18 – more than twice the legal limit. He was turned over to Warren County Jail to await arraignment.
