Convicted felon accused of having illegal gun in Lake George

A two-time convicted felon is arrested for allegedly having a loaded handgun.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a vehicle for traffic violations on State Route 9N in the town of Lake George.
A passenger in the vehicle – John Becker of Troy – had a loaded .40 caliber handgun on him. Becker has been arrested previously for criminal possession of a weapon and is not allowed to have a firearm, said the sheriff’s office.
