Two people are being charged with animal torture and abandonment for allegedly tying their dog to a tree and leaving him there.
A concerned neighbor in the town of Corinth found a heeler mix in a wooded area, after hearing the dog bark for two straight days.
Noah Center and Ashleigh Allen, both from Corinth, are now facing a number of charges for abandoning the dog.
The animal was taken to the Saratoga County Animal Shelter and is expected to be okay.
