A deadly July 8 fire at 64 Normanskill Road in the town of New Scotland is blamed on an electrical failure, according to the sheriff.
What caused the electrical failure remains under investigation.
Four people were killed, and a 15-year-old child was injured after jumping from a second story window to escape.
