A decision to appoint a grand jury in a Troy stabbing is expected in February.
That’s when the next court date for Maurice Jones, 27, is scheduled, says the clerk.
Jones is accused of stabbing two people near 8th and Hoosick Streets in late December.
He faces assault and weapons charges.
