A man is accused of failing to complete a contracted job.
Brian Pero, 39, of Eagle Bridge, allegedly took $2,300 from the victim for a job and did not finish the work, the Hoosick Falls Police Department said.
He was arrested Monday on a charge of fourth-degree grand larceny.
Pero was released and is due back in Hoosick Falls Court on Feb. 15.
