A Schenectady fire is under investigation.

The fire broke out around 7:45 Sunday evening at 1811 Ulster Street.

The one person living there was able to get out.

Firefighters had everything under control in about 40 minutes, investigators told NewsChannel 13.

One side of the house was damaged, the fire department said.

No one was injured.
