FIRST ON 13: Accused kidnapper indicted, will be arraigned Friday

A Saratoga County grand jury has indicted the man accused of kidnapping the 9-year-old girl from Moreau Lake State Park on Sept. 30.
This is the case that sparked a massive manhunt over several days and intense news coverage across the country as people hoped the little girl would be found.
Craig Ross Jr. was initially charged with kidnapping after police raided his mother’s property in Milton on Oct. 2 and found Ross and the little girl inside a camper.
It’s not clear what other charges, if any, are included in the indictment.
His arraignment on the indictment is scheduled for Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Saratoga County Court.
