Former BOCES teacher gets jail time for raping 13-year-old boy
A former BOCES teacher was sentenced Friday for raping a 13-year-old boy.

Kristin Bellinger, 39, received six months in jail and 10 years probation. She must also register as a sex offender.
Bellinger, 39, admitted to having sex with the boy over a period in 2019 while she was tutoring him.
Bellinger was a special ed teacher with the Hamilton Fulton Montgomery BOCES District.
