Friends and family in Glens Falls gathered to remember Michelle McFarren on Friday. Her body was found inside a clothing donation bin that was on fire.

The group rallied in front of Glens Falls City Hall Friday afternoon.

There are still many unanswered questions in this case.

McFarren had called police in the hours before her body was found, but investigators have so far not said if there’s a link between those calls, and her death.

Police said on Friday that the investigation is continuing and there is no indication of any threat to public safety

McFarren’s daughter wants answers from police and City Hall about what happened, she said, and she’s not the only one.
