Guilderland man charged with having inappropriate contact with child

A Guilderland man was arrested for inappropriately touching a juvenile and providing cannabis to a juvenile.

State police received information about inappropriate contact between an adult man and a child under the age of 17, they said.

After an investigation, police found James Keister, 62, allegedly provided cannabis for a juvenile in Milton, and inappropriately touched a juvenile in Saratoga.

He was arraigned and released.
