The man accused of starving his daughter to death, had his compliance appearance postponed.
The man accused of starving his daughter to death , had his compliance appearance postponed.
Robert Buskey is accused of not providing food or water to his 5-year-old daughter, Charlotte. He has pleaded not guilty to charges against him.
The little girl was found dead inside her home on Elmer Avenue in Schenectady on April 14. Buskey’s 3-year-old son also had cocaine in his system, investigators said.
Buskey will reappear in court on July 26.
