The man accused of starving his daughter to death, had his compliance appearance postponed.

The man accused of starving his daughter to death, had his compliance appearance postponed.

Robert Buskey is accused of not providing food or water to his 5-year-old daughter, Charlotte. He has pleaded not guilty to charges against him.

The little girl was found dead inside her home on Elmer Avenue in Schenectady on April 14.
Buskey’s 3-year-old son also had cocaine in his system, investigators said.

Buskey will reappear in court on July 26.
