Heavy rains pelt area; Albany, Schenectady counties were under flash flood warning
Everytime there's a downpour, this area gets terribly flooded.
Albany and Schenectady counties are under a flash flood warning as heavy rains pelt the area during afternoon drive.
The warning by the National Weather Service lasted until 6:15 p.m.
The Stuyvesant Plaza parking area was flooded.
Motorists are advised to use extra caution when driving.
