Hochul announces full review of state’s response to pandemic

Gov. Hochul announced an independent review board will examine the state’s response to the pandemic.

Hochul says the state’s After-Action Review Board will be the first in the country.

She expects initial findings by early next year and believes a full review of the state’s responses will be complete by the end of next year.

Hochul also says health experts are working on a plan for fall, when children head back to school.
