How cold will it be? Cold enough to postpone Amsterdam’s WinterFest

Temperatures will be so cold this weekend that the city of Amsterdam has decided to put its second annual WinterFest on hold.
Extremely low temperatures and frigid winds are expected Saturday.
Winterfest is now moving to Saturday, Feb. 11.
All other plans remain the same, which include providing plenty of food, hot chocolate, and free skate rentals. There’s also giveaways planned for things like sleds and winter coats.
