Hudson Police keep close watch on schools after alleged threat

Students in the Hudson City School District saw an increased police presence in all school buildings on Friday, after an alleged threat was made against the district.

A high school student allegedly said he was going to shoot up the school, police said.

The threat was investigated by police, who say it’s not credible. However, officers are taking the extra measures to ensure the safety of all students and staff.
