Johnsburg man faces DWI, weapons charges after crash
A Warren County man is facing weapons and DWI charges after a crash.
State Police responded to Route 28 in Johnsburg on Tuesday around 12:30 p.m. for a report of a driver who was bleeding from his face. Troopers found the vehicle stopped on Holland Road and the driver was identified as Christopher W. Robinson, 28, of Johnsburg.
A sample of Robinson’s blood was collected.
After he was removed from the vehicle, troopers found an illegally possessed long gun in his vehicle, police said.
Robinson was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and DWI. He was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and released on his own recognizance.
