Lawmaker honored to be driving in Harris’ Pittsfield motorcade
Massachusetts State Representative William "Smitty" Pignatelli drove one of the vans in Vice President Kamala Harris' motorcade from the Westover Air Force Base about an hour away, to Pittsfield.
It was quite the scene Saturday in Berkshire County’s biggest city, as Vice President and presumed Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris visited.
Massachusetts State Representative William “Smitty” Pignatelli drove one of the vans in the motorcade from the Westover Air Force Base about an hour away, to Pittsfield.
Pignatelli, who is preparing to retire from political office after 40 years, said the experience was eye-opening, and once in a lifetime.
