Magazine ranks Catskills as number one mountain escape in the nation

A new ranking from Outdoor Magazine lists the Catskills as the number one mountain escape in the nation.

This ranking comes as part of the “36 Best Places in the U.S. for Adventure.”

The Catskills were named for “it’s thousands of miles of well-maintained hiking trails, excellent mountain biking opportunities and dozens of lakes and ponds to explore.”
